Booking Policies
Please review our policies before booking your appointment. These guidelines help us provide the best possible experience for all clients.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online or by calling and leaving a voicemail. If you leave a voicemail, I will return your call as soon as possible to schedule your appointment.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up to their appointment will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or may have their service shortened to stay on schedule.
Guests
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, please arrive alone to your appointment unless previously discussed.
Service Refusal
Bare Beauty by Nora reserves the right to refuse service if a client arrives with conditions that make waxing unsafe (such as certain skin conditions, recent medications like Accutane, sunburn, etc.) or if a client behaves in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner.
Results & Aftercare
Individual results may vary. Proper aftercare and following pre-appointment guidelines are important for the best results.
